ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of LCpl Franklin G. Day, United States Marine Corp has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their loved one with a silent flagline and escort to his final place of rest, and it will be our honor to do so. Mr. Day served in the Marine Corp from 6/68 to 5/71. While in the Marines, Mr. Day was awarded the National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, the RVN Cross of Gallantry w/ palm and frame, Good Conduct Medal, and the Rifle Marksman Badge. Mr. Day was also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders of Florida. Mr. Day stood for us, now it’s our turn to stand for him.
