We have been asked to stand a Flag Line for US Army Sergent Frankie R. Surber, II (35 yrs.).Sgt. Surber was a highly decorated Counter-Intelligence, US Army Veteran, having served two tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan during the global war on terror. He had earned: Joint Service Commendation Medal , Army Achievement Medal ,Good Conduce Medal (2nd Award) , National Defense Service Service Medal , Global War on Terrorism Service Medal ,Iraq Campaign Medal w Campaign Star , Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon , Army Service Ribbon & Overseas Service Ribbon.
