Hero Salvato was Presented the Bronze Star during the  Aleutian Island Campaign. He also received the Asiatic- Pacific Theater  Campaign Ribbon\, American Defense Service Ribbon\,  European-African-Middle Easteran Theater Campaign Medal with 4 Overseas  Bars and a Good Conduct Medal.\n\nMr. Salvato is the beloved husband to Robin(95) for 65 yrs.
