The family of Frank M. Goad has respectfully requested the Patriot Guard Riders assist with the Memorial Service of their loved one by Standing a Tall and Silent Flag Line of Honor and Respect.
Mr. Goad served his country with Honor in the United States Army from January 1967 to January 1973, achieving the rank of SP-5. He served in Vietnam and was awarded the Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with four Overseas Service Bars and the National Defense Service Medal. He was an active member of the O’Fallon VFW Post #5077.
Mr. Goad is survived by his wife, Nancy, three sons, and eight grandchildren.
