Frank Levingston

Mr. Levingston was believed to be the oldest WW II Veteran (110 years old) at the time of his death.

He was born on November 13, 1905 in North Carolina and passed away on May 3, 2016.

He enlisted in the Army on October 6, 1942.

He was the back bone of his family, though he never married, he took great pride in taking care of his nephews and nieces.

After the war, he became a cement finisher.

Mr. Levingston received a letter from the White House on his 110th birthday thanking him for his service.
