The family of PFC Frank Hoffman has graciously requested the Patriot Guard Rider’s presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest.

PFC Hoffman served his country in the U.S. Army from 12/04/42 until 11/15/45, and was assigned to the 308 2nd MVD Company during WW II.

Upon completion of his service to the Country, PFC Hoffman received an Honorable Discharge and was awarded a (partial list) European Middle Eastern Service Medal, American Service Medal, WW II Victory Medal, Combat Infantry Badge and a Purple Heart.

There will be a committal service following the funeral service at the same location.

Please bring your 3 X 5 American Flags and join us as we stand in silent Honor and Respect for our U.S. Army WW II Hero and his family.
