ABOUT THE MISSION:

At seventeen, Frank Galvan signed up for the United States Navy. He served from 12/22/1964 to 06/07/1968 and was deployed to Vietnam. After four years in the Navy, he married his Navy buddy’s sister, Susan. Frank and Susan were married on May 17th, 1969 and moved from Los Angeles to Montana, where they lived for a year and had their first son. They moved back to Los Angeles and Frank joined the Los Angeles Police Department.  After thirty years of police work and four more children, he retired and worked for The Department of Justice of California.
