ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of Mr Chapman has ask the PGR to stand in Honor of their Hero. Mr Chapman retired with the rank of MSgt with 22 years of service. After his military career he became a school teacher and retired with 20 years in the Rapides Parish school system. He is survived by his wife, and 2 daughters.

Ecclesiastes 3 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die;. Lord we pray for strength for the family as they go through the days ahead. Bind them together in love and comfort them only as you can.
My wife and I wish to offer our deep heartfelt condolences.
They did their part. Now we will do our very best to honor you.
