TSgt Frank Delbert Howard, Retired, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

A hero has fallen and the Patriot Guard is honored to stand for this hero. Mr. Frank D. Howard, 72, of Sherwood passed away on May 9, 2020. He was born March 31, 1948. He served in the US Air Force for 23 years, retiring at the rank of TSgt. He also retired from the Pulaski County school district as a school bus mechanic. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, twin sons, one daughter, one step daughter, three brothers, four sisters, and several grand and great-grandchildren. It will be an honor to stand for this hero that served our country with pride. It has been requested by the family that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Patriot Guard Riders.
