ABOUT THE MISSION:
Frank Benford (Benny) Mitchell, PO1 US Navy, served from 12/12/74 until 12/4/80 as a submariner Sailor; he spent most of his time under the ice around the Arctic, three different tours. After his Honorable Discharge he worked at the V C Summer Nuclear Station in the Operations Department as a Control room Supervisor, until his retirement from the SCE&G.
This is a two part mission.

We will hold the brief at 8:15 AM. At 8:30 there will be a small service.
KSU at 9:15 AM to escort to FJNC. If you are going to fly big flags in the escort ensure they can stand up to Hwy speeds of 55 to 60 miles per hour.

Special Instructions:
Meet the flag wagon at the administration building. The brief will be at 9:15 AM and prepare to stand a flag line when you get to the shelter. Hold the flag line as the escort and family arrive. Prepare to render honors as the cremains and flag are carried to the shelter.
