Mr. Burns served in the United States Army from 1969 thru 1971 attaining the rank of Specialist 4th Class. Floyd served one tour in Vietnam and was awarded the National Defense Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal W/60 device\, 2 O/S Bars\, Sharpshooter Badge M-14\, and Marksman Badge M-16. Mr. Burns is survived by his wife and three children.
