ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of SSG Fletcher Thomas Wilkinson, United States Army, to stand in his honor and escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery. SSG Wilkinson honorably served in the United States Army from Mar 1961 until Mar 1969. SSG Wilkinson received the Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, the Good Conduct Medal with 2 stars and the National Defense Medal

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts and trousers, long-fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and proper eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding aboard the base.
1100 am – Safety briefing for all riders
1115 am – KSU to Family-Funeral & Cremation
1130 am – Arrival at Family-Funeral & Cremation
1200 am – KSU to Barrancas National Cemetery with LEO escort
1230 am – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery, Site “B”
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
