2LT Lokey proudly and honorably served in the Army National Guard, as a Cannon Field Artillery Officer.  His medals include Armed Forces Reserve Medal; Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal w/1st Oak Leaf Cluster; Sharpshooter Rifle and Marksman Pistol.

Flag-line: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, PGR will stand a silent U.S. flag-line for visitation.
Service: 12:00 PM, only 2 people at the door at a time and they must wear masks.  PGR will fold and present the flag and sound Taps, at the beginning of the service.  If you have a mask, please bring it.  No escort.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
