ABOUT THE MISSION:
On Thursday, September 24, 2020, we have the honor of escorting Enes Smith and his family. Enes H Smith, 73, passed away on September 9, 2020. Enes and his twin brother Ellis were born December 24, 1946 to Harry and Marjorie Smith in Minot, North Dakota. The family moved from North Dakota to Nampa, Idaho in 1948 and then to Ontario, Oregon in 1960, where he graduated from Ontario High School in 1965. Enes graduated with a Bachelors in English and Master of Science in Criminology, Psychology and Correctional Administration from Western Oregon University. He began his career as a police officer with Linn County and from there went on to ascend the ranks at Springfield, Eugene, and Prineville police departments. He held the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. Enes was a motorcycle officer, a homicide detective, a SWAT leader and was an integral part of a federal drug task force in Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties. He later went on to be Police Chief for Madras Police Department and then the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Police Department.

Between 2:30 and 2:45 pm we will escort Enes and his family to: Tom Jones Motorcars at : 2820 SW Highland Ave, Redmond, OR 97756
We will have Police Escort as well for this mission
Please bring a Full Size American Flag, if not securely affixed to your bike, then have one ready as we will be escorting Enes from our bikes to the celebration of life area.
We will be standing Flag line as well.
Please bring face coverings for yourself

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
