Mission Narrative:
Bud was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War serving from 51-55. He worked and retired from NYS Corrections at Great Meadow. After 25 years he retired and did many odd jobs. He was a member of the American Legion Post 1133. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, especially in Gloucester, Massachusetts. He also was a self-taught musician of several instruments and especially the guitar with his Johnny Cash voice.
We will be there to render Honor, Dignity, and Respect for the life and service of Seaman E-3 Elwin F Matt.
