The family of Ellis Albright has invited the Patriot Guard to participate in all aspects of their loved one’s funeral and interment to honor his service to this Great Nation.
Ellis served proudly in the US Navy from 1944-1946. Ellis served aboard the USS Jason during his tour of duty. The Jason, ARH-1 Heavy-hull Repair Ship, was under attack many times from the Japanese. Mr Ellis achieved the rank of Seaman First Class. He was awarded the Victory Medal WWII, The Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal WWII, Philippine Liberation Medal WWII, and the American Campaign Medal WWII.

Services will begin at 11:00am. Immediately following the service we will be escorting family and friends to Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield. Full military honors will be accorded at the cemetery.
Staging: 08:00 am with briefing to follow. Line up for escort per RC instructions.
