DESCRIPTION:Elliot Deen Larsen\, KIA \nUSN – WWII \nMULTI-CITY\, Utah – 25 May 2017\n\n[HR][/HR]\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag line for Elliot Deen Larsen. \nElliot Deen Larsen served in the U.S. Navy just prior to WWII. Elliot Deen Larsen was killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7\, 1941. Deen’s remains were recently identified through DNA testing using samples from his surviving sister and his niece. \nThis will be a two part mission. \nPart One: \nThe dignified transfer will take place at the SLC International Airport at 6:45 AM on Thursday\, May 25\, 2017. We will escort Elliot Deen Larsen from the SLC International Airport to Richfield\, UT. \nPart Two: \nThis will be a graveside service only. The service will be at the Monroe City Cemetery on 650 N Washburnville Rd in Monroe at 11:00 AM on Friday\, May 26\, 2017. We will stand a flag corridor at the cemetery for Elliot Deen Larsen to be brought through.
