ABOUT THE MISSION:
SWC Edward Lowell Kincaid, Sr. served his country honorably with the U. S Navy as a Steelworker in the Seabees until his retirement from active duty in 1979 after 22 years Honorable Service. He then worked as an HVAC mechanic with civil service until his retirement. He was also a retired pastor.

This is a multi-state and multi-city mission.
We will set the flag line for the arrival of friends and family outside the funeral home. We will stand down upon commencement of the Celebration of Life and prepare to escort SWC Kincaid to his final place of rest at the Albert G. Horton Jr., Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk Va.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions: A total of 25 persons are allowed to be present. We will rely on the VAPGR to set the Flag Line and control the number of personnel attending.
We will maintain safe social distancing and avoid personal contact at all times.
No contact with the funeral home staff or family members by anyone other than the listed Ride Captain is allowed.
