ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of Cpl Edward Eugene Boulanger US Army, Korean War Veteran has asked the PGR to accompany their Hero from the family home to the Family Cemetery for final interment. The Boulanger family name is one of the early pioneer families of the Osage Nation area and has quite a history, extensive and prominent in both traditional business as well as Indian affairs. US Army will perform military Honors and PGR will present the Plaque and Letter at the cemetery.
