Earl Stamford Speechley\, United States Marine Corps\, to stand in his honor and escort him to the Barrancas National Cemetery. Capt. Speechley served in the United States Marine Corps from Dec 1977 to Nov. 1981. During his service he was awarded the following awards; Sea Service Deployment Ribbon\, Pistol Sharpshooter Badge and Rifle Sharpshooter Badge. Honors will be at Barrancas National Cemetery\, at 11:30 AM.
