ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of Capt. Earl Stamford Speechley, United States Marine Corps, to stand in his honor and escort him to the Barrancas National Cemetery. Capt. Speechley served in the United States Marine Corps from Dec 1977 to Nov. 1981. During his service he was awarded the following awards; Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Pistol Sharpshooter Badge and Rifle Sharpshooter Badge. Honors will be at Barrancas National Cemetery, at 11:30 AM. LEO escort will be provided.

Special Instructions:
Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long-fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be maintained at all times while riding aboard the base.
