McCarthy\, who passed away on October 18th. Mr. McCarthy served in the U.S. Army\, enlisting in February 1944\, and entering Active Duty in January 1945. His MOS was 766-Radio Operator\, and his duty station included Headquarters\, 136th Radio Section Detachment\, Mitchell Field\, NY.
