ABOUT THE MISSION:
HMC Heidel joined the United States Navy and served his country for 25 years. During his time, HMC Heidel served as Corpsman spanning the globe from the United States to many ports in the world including; Japan, South Korea, England, and Scotland. HMC Heidel was also a Navy Recruiter Canvasser. HMC Heidel received the following awards: National Defense Service Medal (2), Navy Good Conduct Medal (6), Fleet Marine Force Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (2), Navy Recruiting Service Ribbon, Navy Commendation Medal (2), Overseas Service Ribbon (3), Meritorious Unit Commendation (3), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and Pistol Marksman Ribbon. HMC Heidel was born on 16 Dec 1955 and passed from this earth on 29 January 2021, and was age 65.

Special Instructions:
NAS Pensacola requires that long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection be worn while riding aboard the base.
Face masks are mandatory and will be in place from arrival at staging until completion of the mission. You may remove your mask while riding but must be replaced upon leaving your vehicle. Hand sanitizing is recommended. Maintain a 20ft distance from the family and 6ft between riders. At the conclusion of mission flags to be returned to the flag carrier for sanitization.
