Ladies and Gentlemen of the PGR, We are once again honored and have the privilege to stand a flag line for Captain Dorothy C. Heller, a WWII Veteran who was the Head Nurse for a hospital in Germany during WWII.
This is a first for me, if you remember we stood for Lt. Colonel Jack Heller back in November 2015, her husband, and now we stand for his widow. It was an honor to meet her back in November.
As stories go, I was told by their son that during WWII Captain Heller was in charge of the German Prisoners.
This will be a two part Mission: Flag Line and Rolling Honor Guard, so please come prepared. I hope we have a lot of Legion Riders stand with us.
Please come out and help us show respect to one of our Nations heroes.
