The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of PFC Doras Loyal Burd, US Army Infantry, to honor their loved one who passed away on June 26, 2016 at the age of 95+ years. Mr. Burd served his country honorably and faithfully in the Armed Service from 1943 until 1945 during WWII, landing at Utah Beach in June of 1944. Hero Burd received multiple Medals including the Bronze Star, Victory Ribbon, and EAME Campaign with 3 Bronze Stars.
