ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of SP5 Atwood, 70, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. Donald faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army and performed duties as a Cook. Upon completion of his service, Donald received an Honorable Discharge and during his time in service, awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/2 Bronze Stars, Combat Infantryman Badge, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Ribbon w/device, Marksmanship Ribbon (Rifle-M-14), and the Expert Ribbon (M-60 MG). Please bring your 3 X 5 American flags and stand in honor and respect for our hero and his family.
