ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of S1C Donald Howard Nelson, US Navy, WWII veteran has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of their fallen hero. S1C Donald Howard Nelson, began his Naval service August 31, 1945 and was discharged August 19, 1946. S1C Nelson served aboard the USS Alabama. S1C Nelson received the World War II Victory Medal.
