Honor Mission
Donald F. Hughes, Retired, Veteran
USAF, USAFR – Vietnam
Tulsa, Oklahoma – 01-06-20

The family has asked the PGR to stand for CMSgt Donald Forrest Hughes for he’s service. Chief Hughes and a number of Air Guard back in the 1960’s went to work one day when they were ordered into a C-97 and with no phone calls to their families and no clothes sent them to Vietnam for the Talking Bird Flight. Chief Hughes gave his all to the USAF Communication Service. I’m proud to have been one of his squad members.
