Funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM, followed by interment with full military honors.
Please bring a clean 3 x 5 American Flag.
Mission Narrative:
Donald Lattrell Sr. answered his country’s call to serve in the US Army from November 1969 to 1971, completing one tour of duty in Vietnam. His MOS was 67U2D, a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter Mechanic. Donald was honorably discharged in 1971 at the rank of Sergeant (E5), and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Sharpshooter Badges for both the M-14 and M-16 rifles.
Donald was currently employed as a diesel mechanic for Baker Brothers, and was the previous owner of D.E.L. Automotive. He worked for Millens, Feeney Enterprises and Eagle Diesel. He was an avid hunter, a great dancer and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
