Deputy Fire Chief Earl Russell Brown Sr. served 21 years with the Duncan Fire Department. He rose through the ranks to become Training Officer and retired as Deputy Fire Chief. He had a great love for the profession and loved to share his knowledge and experience with the incoming firefighters. \nServices will be graveside only at the Duncan City Cemetery\, 1910 W.
