His wife has requested the Patriot Guard stand in his Honor at his Memorial Service. We are honored to accept.\nPRIMARY STAGING INFO – 07-23-2016:\nLocation:\nIstrouma Baptist Church\n10500 Sam Rushing Drive\nBaton Rouge\, Louisiana \nStaging Time:\n11:00 A.M. \nSpecial Instructions:\nWe will meet in the parking area of Istrouma Baptist Church. The LEO will have a designated area for us to park and will direct us to that area. We will place flags on rebar and prepare to stand a flag line for the arrival of the family at 11:30. We will stand for Visitation beginning at 12 noon. visitation ends at 1:55 p.m. We will once again stand after Services at 3:20 p.m. during Law Enforcement Honors\, Taps\, Rifle team\, Last call\, Flyover and Bagpipes. We will not participate in the escort. It will be a horse drawn Carriage and will be very slow.
