The family of Mr. Dennis M Lyons has asked that the Patriot Guard Riders honor his life and service to our Nation. It will be our honor and privilege to do so. After High school graduation Dennis Michael Lyons enlisted in the U S Army. He was assigned to Vietnam as a Combat Infantryman\, Light Weapons Specialist (E-4). While in Vietnam he served with valor being awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. His other awards included the National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Combat Infantryman Badge.
