Bailey received the following medals and ribbons: National Defense Service Medal\, Presidential Unit Citation\, Good Conduct Medal. Services will be this Wednesday\, August 14\, 2019\, at 10:30 hrs in Duncan\, Okla. at the Eastside Church of Christ. Interment will be at Rest Haven cemetery in Duncan.
