The family of Dayle Flier has requested the Patriot Guard to stand a flag line prior to his service and to provide and honor escort to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery following his service.

Mr. Flier served in the Army from 1968 to 1970 and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was an Engine and Power Train Repairman and was discharged as an SP5. He earned the National Defense Service Medal, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Vietnam Campaign Medal, and The Expert Marksman, Rifle Medal.

He was also a proud Cleveland Dutchman Alumni, class of 1965.
