Deputy Chief David Travis White

MULTI-CITY, Arkansas – 09-12-19

ABOUT THE MISSION:

David Travis White, 54 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died on September 7, 2019 in Springdale, Arkansas. Travis graduated from Gentry High School and earned his Associate’s Degree in Fire Administration from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Travis was a firefighter for 34 years, serving the last 24 ½ years in Siloam Springs, retiring as Deputy Fire Chief in May 2019. He also had a farm where he raised chickens, cattle, and had a dairy. Travis was a member of New Life Church in Siloam Springs. He was a founding member of IAFF 2855 and a member of both the IAFC and NRA. He is survived by his wife, 1 daughter, 1 son, four grandchildren, a sister, and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Escort: 4:15pm to Highfill Cemetery in Highfill AR. (Approx 15 miles)
