Honor Mission
David Sanchez, Veteran
Marana, Arizona – 03-11-19


David Sanchez was born into the Sanchez family of Upland, California on 11 March 1925. At nineteen years of age, David heard the calling and left his civilian life of working on the farm and enlisted in the United State Army.
SSG Sanchez served this nation proudly from August of 1944 to his honorable discharge in February of 1947. During SSG Sanchez military career he was awarded many decorations and citations: WW II Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Asian Pacific Theater Ribbon with two Bronze Stars, Philippines Liberation Ribbon with two Bronze Stars, and the Purple Heart.
SSG Sanchez passed on 16 March 2018.
