ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of David Smith have requested us to stand a silent flag line to honor his life and service to our country.LTJG David Smith served in the Navy on the USS Pivot MSO-463, a minesweeper. He served as a Operations Officers, Afloat (General) coordinates ship’s operations, training and tactical planning.Smith served over 3 years from 1959 to 1962 when the Pivot was on patrol of the west coast of the US up to Alaska.
