ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders will stand a flag line of honor and respect United States Air Force veteran David R. McCullough, 75, and escort him to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery where he will receive full military honors.
Veteran McCullough served in the United States Air Force from June 1964 to March 1968, and attained the rank of Sgt (E-4). Commendations include SAEMR (Small arms expert marksmanship ribbon), NDSM (National Defense service medal), VSM (Vietnam service medal), RVCM (Republic of Vietnam Campaign medal), and the AFGCM (Good conduct medal).
