Mission Narrative:
David Peter Walker served in the US Army from 1964-1966. His MOS was 91G20, Clinical Psychiatric Specialist. He served with Company C, 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Infantry Division. He was stationed in Vietnam for 3-1/3 months, and was Honorably Discharged on 9 November 1966 with the rank of Specialist-5 (E-5). For his Service to our Nation, SP5 Walker was awarded: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
