ABOUT THE MISSION:

David Lee is a United States Navy Veteran. He proudly served his country from 1970 to 1990. David’s MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) was 4899 Signalman. While serving with the Navy David was assigned to the following ships; USS Albert Davidson, USS Dixson, USS Ponchatoula, USS Cayuga, USS Ogden, USS Iwo Jima and the USS Missouri which he was very proud of. After 20 years of service Signalman First Class David Lee was honorably discharged in August 1990.During his service to our country David received numerous awards and accommodations. It is our honor to stand in silent reverence as we show respect and gratitude to this hero for his sacrifices made for this nation.

Special Notes: Although all prior statewide mandates have been lifted at staging locations, all members must still adhere to the following: All members are required to carry a face mask/cloth covering at all times during the mission. There are still partners (funeral homes, cemeteries, churches) that may require masks to be worn as well as social distancing. Some families may also request masks/face coverings be worn.  We will always respect their wishes. If you wish to wear a face mask at a mission, you are free to do so.*If you feel ill or have a temperature, please stay home until you improve. Flag support can begin with normal procedure of water and snacks for members.  While disinfecting the poles is always a good idea, it is no longer required.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
