DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nDavid L. Basham\, Veteran\nUSA – Vietnam\nCanton\, Georgia – 23 Apr 2018\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nAmerica has lost another Vietnam War Hero. U.S. Army Major David Leroy Basham served two tours in Vietnam. He served his country for over fourteen years from July 1964 until his honorable discharge in February 1979. Attached to the Army CID unit\, he was a chief detective. Major Basham was awarded four Army Bronze Stars\, two Army Commendation Medals\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal (w/device)\, Vietnamese Cross Of Gallantry (w/palm}\, and the National Defense Service Medal. After he left military service he led a very successful Private Investigating Firm.
