ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, we have been invited to stand for David Bell Edmonston, age 20. David was serving in the US Navy when he was Killed in Action on the morning of December 7, 1941. Seaman 2nd Class David Edmonston was serving on the USS Oklahoma which was torpedoed and sunk with over 400 sailors and Marines onboard. David earned the Purple Heart Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon, the WW2 Victory Medal, the American Campaign Medal, a Distinguished Unit Citation Ribbon, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and a Navy Expeditionary Medal. Please join us as we pay our respects and honor his service to our nation.
