The family of Darryl Shrum has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand a flag line during his memorial service. Darryl served in the U.S.Air Force 1967-1971, honorably discharged as A1C, he served in Vietnam in 1970.

Staging Time: 6:30pm

Special Instructions:

We will stage and then ride to the deceased residence a few blocks away.
The Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM in the back yard of the residence.
There is no escort.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

My condolences for the loss of your loved one. Be Proud of your loved one for their service and sacrifices they made to preserve our Country’s Freedom. Stand down and rest in eternal peace,your mission is complete. We now stand for you as you once stood for us.

My wife and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of this true American Hero, US Air Force, Vietnam War Veteran, Airman First Class (A1C) Darryl Shrum. We thank you for your service to a grateful nation, may your family find peace in knowing you served proudly and comfort in the months to come. May you rest in peace for your mission is now complete. We stand with feet planted firmly on rich soil knowing what freedom is. Because of our veterans, I am free to honor God and country without persecution. Where there is injustice, I am free to fight. Where there is silence, I am free to speak. Where there is hate, I am free to love.

Your love one’s watch is over, may they rest peacefully in the arms of God.

I am sorry for the loss of your Loved one . I pray God will comfort , strengthen and bless you all as you go through this time of deep grief .
I am thankful for Mr. Shrum’s service and sacrifice for our nation in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War . He is ” Fallen ” Never Forgotten .
