ABOUT THE MISSION:

SSG Lawson was stationed at Fort Bragg upon at her time of discharge from the Army. She was enlisted for over 8 years with almost 2 years of that stationed in Afghanistan. During her enlistment, she earned several medals and accommodations: Afghanistan Campaign Medal W/ Campaign Star, Army Commendation Medal (2nd Award), Army Achievement Medal (2nd award), Meritorious Unit Commendation, Army Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award), National Defence Service Medal, Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, Professional Development Ribbon (2nd Award), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (2nd Award), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, NATO Medal, Combat Action Badge, Parachutist. SSG Lawson is survived by her 3 children, Sister, and her loving Grandparents.
