DESCRIPTION:Daniel L Garmon\, 90\nUS Army WWII Veteran\nPurple Heart Recipient\nConcord\, NC\n05 JUL 16 \n\n\n\nOnce again we have lost another of the “Greatest Generation”… \nOur presence has been requested by the family for U.S. Army veteran Daniel Lloyd Garmon.  Mr. Garmon proudly served as a Finance Clerk in Company K 290th Infantry\, 75th Division during WWII. Mr. Garmon was stationed in Rhineland and Central Europe.  During his service Mr. Garmon earned the National Defense Service Medal\, the American Theater  Service Medal\, the European Theater Service Medal with (2) Bronze Service Stars\, the Good Conduct Medal\, and the World War II Victory Medal.
