DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nDan “DOC” Houston\, PGR\, Veteran\nUSMC\, USN – Vietnam\nDouglasville\, Georgia – 08-08-19\n\n\n \n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nDan “DOC” Houston was a Navy Corpsman attached to the Third Battalion\, Third Marines in Vietnam and was awarded 3 Purple Hearts and the Good Conduct Medal.  Doc Houston was awarded\, by the South Vietnam Government\,:  The Wound Medal (our purple heart equivalent)\, the Vietnamese Cross for Gallantry and the ARVN Medal for Gallantry.  He was called into the Ministry in 1984\, served our Lord for 32 years and Pastored five (5) churches during that time.  During his retirement he enjoyed riding his Harley and participating in the Patriot Guard Riders.
