DESCRIPTION:The Patriot Guard has been requested by the family of Dale “Cappy” Rimbey to provide escort for their loved one in honor of his service to this Great Nation.  Dale served proudly in the US Army during WWII in the Asiatic Theater of Operation.  He served from August of 1944 until September of 1945\, was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds suffered on April 19\,1945.  Dale also was awarded the Bronze Star and the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal.  Dale is the father of Lynn Rimbey\, a PGR member from Greenfield. \nFUNERAL \nDate:  Fri\, 26 Aug 16\nTime: 1000 hrs (10:00 am) \nPlace:  Crawford Funeral Home\n1308State (IL Hwy 109)\nJerseyville\, IL \nStaging:  0845hrs (08:45 am) Funeral Home Parking Lot. Line up per RC instructions.\nFamily is due to arrive about 9:15 am. \nFollowing the funeral family and friends will be escorted to Witt Cemetery in Rockbridge\, IL\, a distance of approximately 20 miles for Dale’s interment.
