Once again the Patriot Guard has been asked to honor the service of one of the greatest generation, and we will honor that request.
Mr. Cullen McWhite, Jr. served as a “Gunner’s Mate” Seaman 1st Class while stationed in Sydney Australia during the height of WWII.
He was a member of the crew that loaded the munitions onto the ships.
After his service was up in 1946 he came home and pursued a career in construction as a carpenter and later as a job site superintendent.

Briefing: 1315 (1:15 pm)
Flag line: Immediately after the briefing until end of service
Execution: This will be a Flag line ONLY mission for graveside service. We will stand up the flag line before the family arrives and maintain it until the conclusion of the service. Service starts at 1400 (2:00 pm). Honors will be conducted by the US Navy.
