ABOUT THE MISSION:
Craig R. Engelking, 73, of Algoma, WI, passed away on March 7, 2021. He was born on March 8, 1947 in Portage, WI, to (Rev.) Edgar Richard Engelking and Veles Virginia (Bigelow) Engelking. He was the oldest of six children in the Engelking household.He attended Random Lake High School and Algoma High School, graduating from Algoma High School in 1965. Craig served in the US Navy as an engineer and with a naval intelligence group serving with riverine units in the Republic of South Vietnam and on a guided missile cruiser from east coast ports and briefly at a number of shore stations. He served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department for 26 years, retiring in 1997. He was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders since May of 2012, a longtime member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, the NRA, and a lifetime member of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association and Amvets post 42.

Escort to burial (one block) and bikes appreciated even though it’s a few hundred yards.
Craig wrote explicit requests for us before he passed and has a request that PGR members be posted at his casket if possible. He also asked for bikes if possible (The escort would only be a short ride).
