US Army Retired
Harker Heights, TX
05 JUL 16
The family of Captain Willie May Browning has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One.
Willie proudly served in the US Army until her medical retirement. She then worked for the Department of the Army in a civilian capacity until her second retirement in 2005. She continued her work with Veterans, as a Volunteer Veteran Service Officer and serving over 100,000 veterans, until her final retirement in May 2016. Willie was well known and loved in the community. She unselfishly gave of herself, her time, and expertise to assist Veterans and family members with their VA benefits. She continued to be involved with many of the Veterans Service Organizations within the community and will be greatly missed.
Willie’s full obituary may be found here: http://www.heritage-funeralhome.com/home/index.cfm/obituaries/view/fh_id/14453/id/3765477
